Lone Summit Ranch requires our clients to use our exclusive caterer for all food and alcohol. Food and alcohol are not included in this price.
Lone Summit Ranch requires our clients to have a licensed, insured wedding coordinator for the day of the event.
Sales Tax is calculated and charged at current rate on all rental fees.
$500 Security Deposit – is refundable if there are no damages to the property.
